World Cultural Day for Diversity Dialogue and Development is celebrated annually on the 21st of May as declared by the United Nations to promote cultural diversity and celebrate not only the richness of the world’s cultures, but also the essential role of intercultural dialogue for achieving peace and sustainable development.
